The staff is friendly & very welcoming to their customers. Terri, the hygienist.is friendly & explains any procedures. She answers all questions & gives helpful hints to assist in oral hygiene. Dr. Johnson is quick & painless; in additional she gives helpful hints for one to continue to maintain excellent oral hygiene. Everyone at the office knows how to make an individual feel comfortable about ones’ oral health.
It's a pleasure to deal with such a well run office! All of the staff are friendly and great to deal with. Doctor Johnson is absolutley one of the best dentists i have had the pleasure of seeing over the years. I moved to the area from NJ about a year ago and feel very lucky to have found a practice that is this good!
I was always afraid/nervous about going to the dentist until my friend told me about North East Family Dentistry.I was a teacher in Cecil County and live in DE. I have now moved to Milton DE and still drive over an hour for my appointments. The kindess people work there, from the secretaries to the most gentle dentist I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this team.
